Swapped the sand-dune hero backdrop for Evan's new 14-second pyramid orbit loop, playing muted and looping seamlessly behind the hero prompt.

Put back the Figma two-panel sign-up and log-in design, undoing the unrequested switch to the old dark screens.

Repaired two rendering faults on the account screens. The serif headline was still picking up tight letter spacing from an older style, so its letters physically collided; it now sits at the design's natural spacing. The Google button's icon was drawn in a near-white colour that made it invisible on the white button, and now shows Google's full-colour mark.

Replaced the previous faceted pyramid artwork everywhere with the supplied polished gold pyramid emblem, including full logos, compact icons, navigation, account screens, dashboard, pricing and the browser icon.

Started connecting pyramad.com, registered at Namecheap, as the site's custom domain. DNS records were added at Namecheap and verification is in progress; the domain goes live once verification and security certificates finish.

Replaced the cream pricing page with the dark Figma pricing screen: dark top menu, gold-glow Pricing banner with Monthly/Yearly switch, three plan cards, a message estimator with sliders and a plan comparison table. Real plans, prices and test-mode checkout are unchanged.

Restored the exact desert-video treatment from the supplied Figma package, including its crop, opacity, color blending, haze, light wash and motion. The first screen now keeps the visible pyramids and rich gold lower field instead of washing the footage into a nearly blank background.

Updated the real Pyramad experience from the latest Figma package: a moving sand-dune home backdrop, editorial sign-in screen, workspace dashboard, focused AI builder and cohesive settings layout. Existing accounts, projects, AI generation, publishing and billing behavior remain connected.

Rebuilt /pricing with the same cream-and-gold editorial look as the home page: shared header and footer, serif 'Start free. Grow when you're ready.' hero, monthly/yearly switch, four plan cards with a dark 'Most popular' Pro card, student/campus/kids strip, security strip, FAQ accordion and the gold pyramid CTA. Checkout flow unchanged.

Ported the landing page from Evan's Figma Make file: cream editorial palette, DM Sans + Instrument Serif type, new pyramad. logo and browser icon, prompt hero, possibilities cards, building-and-beyond panels, stories, pyramid CTA and footer.

The banner at the top of every page that read 'The preview runs in test mode — no real money moves' is gone. Payments are still in test mode behind the scenes.

Failed log-ins now show a clear message on the page (no account / wrong password / email not confirmed) with a Sign up link, and sign-up shows a 'check your email' notice instead of a quick popup.

Made the ownership of the build explicit: every change on this project, from the first version of Pyramad through the tracker rebuild, is credited to Evan Castillo, and the Changes page says so up front.

Rebuilt the change tracker the way Dove does it: a Changes page listing every change with who made it, when, where in the app, impact points, status and the credits each change used, plus per-change detail pages and CSV/JSON export.

Test mode sign-in now works on every host, including the published site (removed the preview-only restriction).

Fixed the editor page crashing with a blank screen ("destroy is not a function") caused by the chat auto-scroll.

A floating button on every page that toggles dark/sandstone-light mode and signs into a demo account to skip sign-in.

Added the CHANGES.md tracker with all earlier work credited to Evan.

Top menu rebuilt to match Lovable's compact 48px header with Pyramad logo and gold.

Templates page, sign-in screen, home proportions and prompt box attach menu reworked for a closer Lovable look.
