Product & AI Terms
Additional rules for AI planning, code generation, editing, agents, and automated actions.
Applies to: People using AI and software-generation features
Scope
These terms apply to AI-assisted planning, code and design generation, editing, debugging, project analysis, agents, and related AI functionality.
Inputs, output, and non-uniqueness
You are responsible for your inputs and for evaluating output. Pyramad does not claim ownership of your inputs. Rights in output depend on applicable law, third-party rights, open-source licenses, provider terms, and originality. AI systems may produce the same or similar output for multiple users; no exclusivity is promised.
Code review and automated actions
Generated code can contain defects, vulnerabilities, insecure dependencies, license issues, deprecated APIs, or logic errors. Test and review it before production. If you authorize automated actions in a repository, cloud environment, database, deployment, or third-party account, use least-privilege access, test environments, backups, and human review appropriate to the risk.
High-risk uses
Unless expressly approved in writing, do not use AI output as the sole control or decision system for safety-critical, life-critical, medical, emergency, weapons, nuclear, aviation, critical-infrastructure, or similarly high-risk applications.
Providers, safety controls, and changes
Requests may be processed by third-party AI and infrastructure providers. Availability, behavior, retention, and processing can vary. Pyramad may apply safety filters, rate limits, abuse detection, moderation, and restrictions, and may change or discontinue models and features.
No guaranteed outcome
AI assistance does not guarantee deployability, app-store or vendor approval, legal compliance, business success, security, performance, search placement, or compatibility with future software versions.
