Acceptable Use Policy

Rules for safe, lawful, and responsible use of Pyramad.

Applies to: Everyone using Pyramad

Prohibited uses

You may not use, facilitate, encourage, or permit use of the Services for prohibited conduct. Context, purpose, likely harm, applicable law, and platform risk all matter.

  • Illegal activity, fraud, scams, deceptive impersonation, phishing, credential theft, money laundering, or evasion of legal restrictions.
  • Malware, ransomware, destructive code, botnets, unauthorized persistence or access, credential harvesting, or cyber abuse.
  • Unauthorized surveillance, stalking, doxxing, trafficking in unlawfully obtained personal data, or invasion of privacy.
  • Sexual exploitation of minors, child sexual abuse material, or conduct that endangers children.
  • Terrorism, violent-extremist support, credible threats, targeted violence, or instructions intended to facilitate serious physical harm.
  • Infringement or misappropriation of copyright, trademark, trade secret, publicity, privacy, or other rights.
  • Unlawful discrimination, targeted harassment, spam, deceptive marketing, fake reviews, or undisclosed manipulation.
  • Unauthorized scraping, denial-of-service activity, resource abuse, bypassing limits, or interference with systems.
  • False claims of Pyramad endorsement, affiliation, certification, or authority.
  • Regulated products without required licenses, safeguards, disclosures, approvals, or professional oversight.

Enforcement

Pyramad may investigate reports, preserve relevant records, restrict features, remove content, suspend accounts, terminate access, or report conduct where legally required or reasonably necessary. We may consider severity, intent, history, remediation, and risk, and are not obligated to pre-screen all content.

Reporting

Report suspected abuse to legal@pyramad.com with relevant URLs, account identifiers, evidence, and a concise explanation. Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.
