Community & Communications Code of Conduct
Standards for respectful, safe, and honest communication through Pyramad.
Applies to: People using community, chat, and professional communications
Expected conduct
Communicate professionally, respect boundaries and consent, provide honest project information, protect confidential material, and help keep collaborative spaces useful and safe.
Unacceptable conduct
- Harassment, threats, stalking, intimidation, hate-based abuse, or unlawful discrimination.
- Sexual harassment, exploitation, unwanted sexual content, or conduct that endangers minors.
- Doxxing, sharing private information without authorization, impersonation, fraud, spam, or manipulation.
- Knowingly false project claims, abusive disputes, review manipulation, retaliation, or attempts to evade platform safeguards.
- Malware, credential requests unrelated to legitimate work, or instructions that expose another person’s systems or data.
Reporting and enforcement
Report concerning conduct to legal@pyramad.com with relevant project or account information and supporting evidence. Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information. Pyramad may warn, restrict communications, remove content, suspend access, preserve records, or refer conduct where reasonably necessary or legally required.
