Intellectual Property, Copyright & DMCA Policy

How to report copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property concerns.

Applies to: Rights holders and Pyramad users

Respect for intellectual property

Users must have rights to content, code, designs, brands, media, data, and instructions they submit. Pyramad may remove or restrict material and may suspend repeat infringers where appropriate.

Copyright notices

A copyright complaint should identify the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material and its location, your contact information, a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized, a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act, and your physical or electronic signature. Send notices to legal@pyramad.com.

Pyramad has not yet published a U.S. Copyright Office DMCA agent designation. Until that designation is completed, this contact method does not claim statutory safe-harbor formalities beyond what law provides.

Counter-notices

Where applicable, a counter-notice should identify removed material, state under penalty of perjury the required good-faith basis, provide contact information and any legally required jurisdictional consent, and include a signature. Pyramad may forward notices and counter-notices to the affected parties.

Other rights

Complaints about trademarks, publicity rights, trade secrets, or other rights may be sent to legal@pyramad.com with the work or right asserted, the challenged material, your authority, and the requested action. Knowingly false claims may create liability.

These policies should be read together. A signed project agreement controls where it expressly says so.
