Payments, Credits, Cancellation & No-Refund Policy
Commercial terms for subscriptions, credits, usage, professional services, cancellation, and refunds.
Applies to: Customers purchasing plans, credits, or services
Pricing and authorization
By purchasing, you authorize Pyramad and its payment processors to charge your chosen payment method for the disclosed amount, applicable taxes, recurring charges you authorize, and approved project charges. You must provide accurate billing information and have authority to use the payment method.
No-refund rule
EXCEPT WHERE REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW OR EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN A WRITTEN PYRAMAD AGREEMENT, ALL COMPLETED PURCHASES, SUBSCRIPTION FEES, USAGE FEES, CREDITS, DEPOSITS, MILESTONE PAYMENTS, PROFESSIONAL-SERVICE FEES, AND OTHER AMOUNTS PAID TO PYRAMAD ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
Cancellation stops future renewal where applicable. It does not ordinarily create a refund for a current or past billing period, unused time, unused capacity, unused credits, inactivity, dissatisfaction, changed needs, failure to use the Services, or output that does not meet subjective expectations.
Mandatory rights and billing errors
Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights or payment-network rules. You may report duplicate, unauthorized, or erroneous charges. Pyramad may issue a refund, credit, or adjustment in its discretion without creating an obligation in other cases.
Credits
Credits have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash. Purchased and promotional credits may have different expiration, rollover, eligibility, and forfeiture rules disclosed when issued. Unless law requires otherwise, unused credits are not refundable when a subscription ends or an account is terminated.
Professional services and deposits
A deposit may reserve professional capacity and may become non-refundable once a professional is assigned, work begins, resources are committed, or third-party costs are incurred, as disclosed in the Project Agreement. If a project ends early, completed work, work in progress, reserved capacity, approved expenses, and non-cancellable costs may remain due.
Chargebacks, failed payments, and collections
Contact Pyramad first about a billing or project dispute. Knowingly false or abusive chargebacks may result in account restrictions and lawful collection, but nothing prevents good-faith use of chargeback or consumer rights. If payment fails, we may retry, suspend paid features or work, offset permitted credits, and collect valid unpaid amounts and allowable costs.
