Professional / Provider Terms
Standards for professionals delivering services through Pyramad.
Applies to: Developers, designers, and other professionals
Eligibility and relationship
Professionals must provide accurate identity, business, tax, skill, payment, and contact information; maintain required licenses; and update material changes. The applicable engagement defines whether the relationship is independent contracting, subcontracting, or employment. Actual practice and applicable law control over labels.
Professional standards
- Perform competently, professionally, lawfully, and according to the accepted Project Agreement.
- Never introduce malware, backdoors, undisclosed trackers, credential theft, hidden miners, or intentionally insecure code.
- Use client credentials only for the project and follow least-privilege practices.
- Protect confidential information and personal data.
- Disclose material conflicts, delays, license restrictions, and inability to meet scope.
- Do not misrepresent qualifications, hours, deliverables, or status.
Compensation and taxes
Compensation, fees, payout timing, reserves, tax reporting, chargeback allocation, and payment conditions must be disclosed before acceptance. Pyramad may delay payouts for fraud, disputes, legal process, sanctions screening, or verification, subject to law. Independent professionals are responsible for their taxes, registrations, insurance, and expenses unless a written arrangement says otherwise.
Confidentiality, data, and intellectual property
Access client information only as needed for assigned work, do not reuse it, and return or delete it as instructed subject to legal retention. Engagement terms specify assignment or licensing of work product. Professionals must have rights to transfer promised deliverables and disclose materials with restrictive licenses.
Quality, conduct, and removal
Professionals may not manipulate reviews, retaliate, or fabricate feedback. Pyramad may pause assignments or remove a professional for material breach, fraud, repeated quality failures, security incidents, harassment, nonpayment obligations, infringement, or legal risk. Confidentiality and existing obligations survive.
