Never invent proof
AI can write a convincing testimonial in seconds. Do not publish one. Fabricated reviews, client logos or statistics damage trust permanently and may break consumer-protection rules. Use real quotes with permission, or leave the section out.
Be honest about what exists
If a feature is coming soon, say so. If prices change, update them the same day. Visitors forgive a small site; they do not forgive being misled.
Protect visitor information
Only ask for the details you need. Explain what happens after someone submits a form, link to a privacy policy, and never paste passwords or private customer data into a prompt.
