The small-business site checklist
The pages, details and calls to action that help a local business earn trust.
Answer the first five questions
A visitor usually wants to know what you do, where you work, when you are available, what it costs, and how to reach you. Put those answers where they are easy to scan—especially on a phone.
Use specific service names and locations instead of broad claims. Clear information often creates more trust than elaborate marketing language.
Show proof with context
A review is stronger when it describes the work completed. A project gallery is stronger when each image has a short explanation. Use real proof and obtain permission before publishing customer names or photographs.
Make contact effortless
Choose one primary action such as request a quote, book a visit or call now. Repeat it at natural decision points. Keep forms short and explain when someone can expect a reply.
